Beth Townsend believes in the Power of One.
The way to “win the world” for Christ is much simpler than it may seem.
The most effective way to reach others is by sharing how God has worked in your life to bring about His will and lead you to a place of healing and purpose.
One story at a time. Your story matters. My story matters.
Beth has spent decades interviewing well known and accomplished people who wake up every day certain of why God put them on this earth. Each day they pursue with a passion, confident they are pursuing God’s plan for their life. While the stories vary, all are powerful testimonies of the faithfulness of God.
Using her expertise in interviewing others, she founded The Baton Rouge Christian Life Magazine. Printing 10,000 copies each month, they reach an average of 25,000 readers and literally millions via social media. Creating a venue that is not affiliated with any church or denomination, the publication strives to bring unity to the Body of Christ, bringing people together as One Body, sharing one story at a time of how God is using others to share Christ with others.
She is a dynamic speaker, sharing stories from those she has interviewed as she weaves in stories from her own life. From a broken family and an alcoholic dad who was married nine times, she has found a way to find purpose in the pain and allow Christ to use her life to minister to others.
She urges everyone in her audience to realize the power of their story and to be prepared to “Always be prepared to give an answer to everyone who asks you to give the reason for the hope that you have.” See the testimonials from audience members here.
